Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and labels attached (not removed).

We are afraid we cannot offer refunds on swimwear or hair accessories for health and hygiene reasons

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and are processing your refund, this may take up to a week. 

A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@petitscherubs.co.uk and we will check we have another size in stock.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

When returning an item please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.

Furniture Returns

Within the terms of the Distance Selling Regulations all deliveries should be inspected at your earliest opportunity and any unsuitable items should be reported within 7 days of receipt to ensure we are able to deal with your enquiry. To assist us with processing your return we would request if possible that you provide photos of the damage.

Items which are not faulty can only be returned if notified within the 48 hours as per the Distance Selling Regulations.

When returning an unwanted item, you will be responsible for costs involved to return.

Use a postage service that is trackable and insured to protect yourself in case of loss or damage, with a courier service that will let us inspect the goods before accepting them back.
